About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and professional
Office Administrator
to join our client's dynamic team based in the Dublin 15 area. In this fast-paced office environment, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service. Your primary focus will be processing orders, handling credit notes, resolving customer queries, and managing online orders. Previous experience in
supplies, stationery, or hardware
is preferred, although not essential. This is a non-sales role, focusing entirely on customer service support and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and emails efficiently and professionally.
Respond to customer requests, and address complex issues with a solutions-focused approach.
Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Manage and process credit notes and refunds.
Handle and resolve customer queries related to orders and products.
Provide administrative support to the wider team.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Assist in the preparation of quotations as required.
Requirements:
Previous
customer service experience
is essential.
Strong
administrative experience
and excellent organisational skills.
Experience in supplies, stationery, or hardware is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
A confident, approachable personality with a team-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexible, articulate, and down-to-earth approach.
Salary&Benefits:
Competitive salary range: 30,000 - 33,000, based on experience. Pension plan and other company benefits.
