Substantial knowledge of the fundamental and technical aspects of Baseball
Ability to effectively assist the varsity coach in building a Baseball program
Must abide by the Waterford School District Coaches Handbook and overall District athletic philosophy
Essential Functions
Plan, organize and facilitate practices
Assist with oversight and management of games and practices
Assist baseball athletes in fundamental skills
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Work effectively with the entire coaching staff and athletic department
Teach, maintain and enforce character and academic expectations within the program
Reports To Varsity Boys Baseball Coach&Building Assistant Athletic Director
Workday/Week Varies
Starting Date TBD
Compensation Determined by Teacher Master Agreement and years of experience
