Typical Day

Snuggles, smiles, and yes… the occasional outfit change (yours and theirs)

Creating a nurturing, safe, and loving environment

Tracking feedings, naps, and milestones like a pro

Talking, singing, and engaging—even when they can’t talk back yet

Building strong relationships with families (this one matters A LOT)

Qualifications

Minimum of a CDA (Associate’s in Early Childhood preferred)

CPR&First Aid Certified (we’ll provide if needed)

Bloodborne Pathogen Training before starting (provided if needed)

Love for teaching and strong commitment

Ability to plan, organize, and implement program activities

Strong communication skills
