Job Description Pulse Security Company is seeking a professional Residential Security Officer to maintain the safety and security of residents at a residential facility. The role involves monitoring the premises, managing access, conducting patrols, and responding promptly to any incidents while maintaining a professional approach.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas of the facility.
Conduct regular security checks.
Respond promptly to alarms or incidents.
Prevent unauthorized access and maintain site security.
Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports.
Work closely with facility management to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
Follow all company security policies and procedures.
Requirements Skills
Valid PSA Security Licence (mandatory)
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Observation, reporting, and emergency response skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Health&Safety awareness.
Basic First Aid (advantageous).
Previous experience in residential security preferred.
Flexible to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
