Job Description
We are seeking a
Contracts Administrator (Electrical)
to support contract administration functions for ongoing Mechanical&Electrical (M&E) construction projects. You will be responsible for managing contractual correspondence, supporting variation and claims documentation, and ensuring proper administration of contract requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Draft and issue contractual letters and formal correspondence to clients, consultants and subcontractors Assist in the preparation and documentation of
Variation Orders (VOs)
and
Extension of Time (EOT)
submissions Review contract documents, specifications and technical drawings for compliance Track contractual obligations, deadlines and submission timelinesLiaise with project teams, engineers and stakeholders on contract-related matters Maintain proper records of all contractual documents and correspondenceFollow up on outstanding contractual issues and responses Job Requirements
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in
construction or M&E industry Basic knowledge of
contract administration, VO and EOT processes Able to interpret
technical drawings and contract documents Good written communication skills with ability to draft formal letters Candidates with experience in handling contractual correspondence, VO and EOT documentation in construction projects will be preferred Exposure to M&E projects will be an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Detail-oriented, organised and able to work in a fast-paced project environment
