Office Base: Daventry (with JDM HQ, Dublin)

The Opportunity JDM Products is making a significant investment in itsOutdoor Living&Outdoor Cooking division , spanning BBQs, griddles, outdoor appliances, and lifestyle products.
We’re now looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help scale this fast-growing category across the UK. This role is most suited to someone with garden centre or outdoor retail experience , who understands seasonality, in-store execution, and how to build brands in a competitive, trend-led market .
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive sales growth and distribution across key outdoor living and cooking brands
Win and develop new retail accounts , while expanding existing partnerships
Lead seasonal range planning , product listings, and promotional calendars
Work closely with retailers to optimise merchandising, activation, and sell-through
Supportproduct launches, in-store demonstrations, and peak trading periods
Build robustaccount plans, forecasts, and commercial proposals
Collaborate cross-functionally withmarketing, logistics, and operations
Represent JDM and its brands attrade shows and industry events
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years’ experience in business development or sales within:
BBQ or related categories
Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape
Proven track record ofwinning new business and growing categories
Commercially astute with excellentnegotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable in afield-based role
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Applicants must hold a valid passport and have the legal right to travel within the EU for work without the need for additional visas or permits
