Description
About Eezee Eezee builds ProcureFlow, an AI-powered procurement platform trusted by enterprises across Southeast Asia. We\'re building the future of how businesses buy and sell.
About the Role We\'re looking for a junior designer with strong design instincts and a genuine curiosity about users, products, and how software gets built. This is not a pure UI design role. You\'ll work across user research, customer conversations, feature discovery, and cross-functional delivery to help shape ProcureFlow\'s product experience.
You\'ll work closely with customers, product managers, and engineers to understand problems, shape solutions, and move features from idea to launch. Over time, we want this person to grow into a design-led product owner who can drive discovery, feature shaping, and delivery across our customer-facing product work.
What You\'ll Do
Design clean, thoughtful, user-friendly product experiences across ProcureFlow\'s web platform
Join customer calls and user interviews to understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needs in B2B procurement
Synthesise user feedback into problem statements, feature ideas, and design directions
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate solutions clearly
Work with product managers to refine requirements and scope features
Collaborate closely with engineers to answer product and design questions during implementation
Track the progress of features and follow up to ensure customer needs are being addressed
Support customer-facing follow-ups for feature clarification and rollout readiness
What We\'re Looking For
1-3 years of experience in product design, UX design, or a related role
Strong taste and judgment in product design, with a portfolio that shows design thinking (not just polished visuals)
Curious about why users behave the way they do, not just how screens should look
Comfortable speaking to customers or excited to learn how
Good written and verbal communication skills
Organised and able to keep track of conversations, action items, and feature follow-ups
Able to work across design, product, and engineering without getting lost in ambiguity
What You\'ll Gain
A role that goes beyond pixel-pushing into real product thinking, user research, and customer discovery
Direct collaboration with PMs, engineers, and enterprise clients building procurement software for Southeast Asia
A clear path from strong junior designer to someone who can own discovery, feature shaping, and delivery
