The Company Fineco Asset Management DAC (‘Fineco AM’) is a Dublin based Asset Management Company, and a subsidiary of FinecoBank S.p.A. (‘FinecoBank’). Fineco Bank (‘Fineco’) is a leading European bank with a 20‑year history and a fully digital DNA with a branchless approach since the start. Fineco has developed a truly one‑stop‑solution which includes trading, investment and payment services. Fineco has developed a 100% proprietary platform for trading and investment which covers all customer needs from trading listed and OTC products to investment products such as mutual funds and ETFs.
Fineco AM, which started its operations in May 2018, is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland as a UCITS&AIFM Management Company with an MFIID top‑up, and it currently has approximately €39bn in assets under management. Fineco AM is a competence centre‑specialised in the management of fund‑of‑funds, single strategy funds, as well as Structured Solutions Funds. In addition to portfolio management activities, all key supporting and controlling functions, such as Compliance, Risk, Finance and Legal, are also performed locally.
The company started with 5 employees and has experienced strong and consistent growth, with a current headcount of approximately 90 FTE’s.
Currently Fineco AM manages 3 UCITS Umbrella Funds– 1 in Luxembourg and 2 in Ireland.
The Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant&Office Support professional to provide dedicated support to our CEO while also contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office.
The role forms part of the wider support function, led by the Head of People. While you will report into this function, you will work in close partnership with the CEO and act as a trusted and discreet point of support. This is a varied, hands‑on role requiring strong judgement, excellent time management, and the confidence to act independently.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling the effectiveness of the CEO and Executive team, while also contributing to an efficient, well‑run office environment.

Main Responsibilities Personal Assistant to the CEO
Proactively manage the CEO’s diary, scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritising meetings as required
Ensure meetings are fully prepared for, including IT set‑up, conference details, meeting rooms, catering, and other facilities
Prepare and collate documentation and briefing materials in advance of meetings
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including visas and accommodation, and produce detailed itineraries
Prepare and submit expense reports for the CEO and Executive team
Screen and direct calls, manage correspondence, and distribute post
Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
Organise and maintain both electronic and hard‑copy filing systems for the CEO
Manage information flow accurately and in a timely manner
Liaise effectively with external stakeholders and counterparties
Maintain and update executive memberships, subscriptions, and professional registrations
Support ad‑hoc requests as required
Events, Travel&Promotional Activity
Organise and coordinate corporate events, presentations, and company gifts
Deliver end‑to‑end management of promotional and group events, including
Building relationships with hotels and negotiating preferred rates
Coordinating event dates with the parent company
Booking taxis, buses, flights, accommodation, and ancillary travel
Preparing detailed itineraries
Acting as a group leader during travel where required
Coordinating group activities, dinners, and additional arrangements
Shared Support&Office Responsibilities Working collaboratively with the wider support team, you will also:
Act as an office support function, ensuring appropriate office supplies, supplier sourcing, and stakeholder relationships
Format and prepare internal and external communications, including emails, memos, presentations, and reports
Coordinate company‑wide travel, visa, and accommodation arrangements where required
Organise documents for signature in line with internal approval processes
Take minutes at meetings and prepare follow‑up documentation as needed
Draft and maintain process and procedural documentation
Be a Health&Safety Coordinator
Support facilities and office management activities, including
Maintaining office, kitchen, and postage supplies
Organising courier and messenger services
Coordinating facilities issues and repair requests
Liaising with building management
Organising office catering as required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role with significant diary and travel management responsibilities
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High levels of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
Strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgement
Proven reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
Knowledge of funds / investment management (funds of funds, equity, or fixed income) would be an advantage, but is not essential
