Temporary Administrator

to support their admin team during an exciting period of change, as they implement a new system.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a busy office environment and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Triage inbound calls to the appropriate teams

Provide general administrative support to the office

Assist with preparation for the launch of the new system

Experience&Skills Required:

Proven experience in administration, contact centres, or customer service

Excellent phone manner and communication skills (essential)

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and learning new systems quickly

Preferred background: call centre, customer service, or telemarketing experience
