Responsibilities

Cook traditional Indian and Bangladesh dishes using authentic methods to ensure high-quality food preparation

Apply knowledge of herbs and spices properties and usage to enhance flavor and authenticity in dishes

Prepare all dishes fresh daily and maintain food standards consistently

Plan and arrange ingredients for next-day preparation and order fulfillment

Understand and fulfill customer requirements accurately based on orders received

Introduce new dishes and menus to diversify offerings and attract customers

Monitor and enforce stock rotation procedures to maintain inventory quality and reduce waste

Maintain consistent food quality through regular checks and adherence to standards

Demonstrate a deep understanding of authentic Bangladesh food preparation techniques

Work effectively under pressure during busy periods to meet demand and maintain service quality
