Duration:

Minimum 6 months full‑time (must be a registered student during the internship)

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with core and extended teams to drive employee engagement and workplace experience.

Assist in drafting, editing and organizing newsletters, emails, articles, presentations and other internal communications.

Support the planning, communication and execution of internal events, workshops and engagement initiatives.

Contribute to building a vibrant employee experience by supporting feedback channels, coordinating workshops and facilitating knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Help define project roadmaps and timelines, coordinate delivery activities and support key initiatives.

Gather and synthesize feedback to inform continuous improvement of communications and engagement activities.

Qualifications

Current student pursuing a degree in business management, communications or related fields.

Commitment to at least 6 months internship.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Growth mindset, curiosity and willingness to learn.

Self‑motivated and proactive problem‑solver.

Interest in sustainability, environmental impact and how organisations adapt to business needs.

Enthusiasm for processes, people and technology in a business setting.

Comfortable working in an office environment.

Tools&Systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) and willingness to learn SAP internal tools such as Ariba.

Team&Reporting Reporting to the SAP Labs Global Head of Strategy and Operations, working closely with the SAP Labs Ireland Managing Director, Communications Lead and the wider Operations Team.
