Project Management Executives

to join our dynamic team. The Role

As a Project Management Executive, you will play a vital role in

supporting our Project Managers

in the seamless planning and execution of diverse client projects. You will be exposed to our three core service pillars: Digital Learning

(E-learning development and LMS) Language Services

(Translation and Localization) Global Creative Design Key Responsibilities

Project Support&Execution:

Assist Project Managers in the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of client projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Work closely with internal IT, engineering, and creative teams to coordinate technical project activities. Consultative Support:

Provide professional advice and tailored solutions to meet specific client requirements. Client Presentations:

Deliver presentations regarding Verztec’s background, success stories, and specialized service offerings. Communication&Reporting:

Help develop project timelines and milestones while providing regular, effective status updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements

Eligibility:

Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply. Education:

Minimum Diploma qualification or higher. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with digital learning tools is a plus. Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Soft Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and a high level of attention to detail. Experience:

Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or client account management is an advantage. What We Offer
