We’re looking for a highly capable, experienced Salon Manager to lead our most dynamic and fast‑paced location in Ballsbridge. This role calls for someone agile, proactive, and calm under pressure—someone who thrives in a busy environment and leads by example in delivering five‑star client service.What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and inspiring a large team of therapists and front‑of‑house professionals Driving service excellence and luxury experience at every client touchpoint Coaching your team in selling skills as we expand our retail offering Managing rotas, team development, and performance reviews Creating and implementing bespoke training and development plansPartnering with our marketing and operations teams to maximise appointments Ensuring best‑in‑class health&safety and salon compliance standards Remaining agile and solutions‑focused in a fast‑moving, premium environment What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership in a high‑end salon, spa, or hospitality environment Experience managing large teams in a fast‑paced setting At least 2 years proven experience of management in the retail sector with proven sales results preferably from a luxury background An experienced, competent individual with a full understanding of health and safety in the workplace, risk assessment and operational complianceSkilled in coaching, training, and motivating people to succeed Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales performance Calm, polished, and professional—always A deep commitment to luxury service standards and proven ability around coaching and development of your teams Experience using Phorest salon software is a significant advantage
