Senior Residential Block Property Manager - South Dublin, Dublin Pike

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior level Residential Block Property Manager to join a well established company based in South Dublin at an exciting time of growth. We are looking for a PSRA licensed (cat. D) Block Property Manager with c.10 years' experience looking after large scale developments of c.200-300 units. The company is well run and the successful candidate will be set up for success, joining a business with good quality stock and a tightly run process, with excellent support from Property Administrators and Property Accounts to look after the financial side of the role.This is a 'Senior' level opportunity and involves office presence, supporting and managing more junior team members, as well as on-site presence, visiting the Blocks under management. Strong base salary (depending on experience) as well as commission for new business brought in to the company.
