Rotational shifts (Mon–Sun, 8am–10pm) – no night shifts

What you’ll be doing:
Provide technical support for complex advertising products
Investigate and troubleshoot issues, identifying bugs vs. product limitations
Work closely with sales teams and product specialists to resolve cases
Own issues end-to-end and ensure high-quality resolution
Deliver a premium support experience to internal stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
Experience in Customer Support / Call Centre / Technical Support
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Comfortable learning complex systems and tools
Team player with great communication skills
