Description
As Service Administrator, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our service operations by managing scheduled maintenance programmes and aftersales communication with our customers. You will be responsible for handling
preventative maintenance schedules
for customers with repair&maintenance contracts, contract hire clients, and general workshop scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update
preventative maintenance schedules
for R&M and contract hire customers.
Coordinate with customers to book vehicles for scheduled inspections, servicing, and contract work.
Issue
PMI (Periodic Maintenance Inspection)
reports and maintenance documentation to customers promptly.
Liaise daily with the
Service Department ,
Warranty&Claims Department , and
Workshop
to ensure efficient job scheduling and completion.
Support the Workshop Manager with reporting, service administration, and KPI tracking.
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the service team, ensuring compliance with customer contracts and manufacturer standards.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in a
vehicle service administration
or
fleet maintenance
environment preferred (HGV or LCV experience advantageous).
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong IT skills (Excel, DMS, CRM or similar).
Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
