This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza The Gresham Dublin as a Sous Chef. In this role, you will collaborate with the Head Chef, our team of 2 Sous Chefs, and your wider brigade to implement timely changes to improve menu standards, kitchen operations, and team management. The Sous Chef will be responsible for driving and implementing positive changes and standards.The Sous Chef should be certified to Level 2 HACCP training with a good knowledge of procedures and regulations. A short trial session may be required to ascertain skill set. What We’re Looking For

Level 2 HACCP Certification Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a very busy hotel environment Passion for cooking Friendly, outgoing personality along with excellent personal presentation Passionate about producing high quality food in a standards-driven kitchen Able to tackle every task with the highest levels of enthusiasmExcellent team player Willingness to learn Compensation&Benefits
