Membership Administrator required for full time, permanent, onsite role based in Dublin 6W
About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Membership Administrator to join a small, collaborative team. This is a varied role that combines administration, member engagement and general office support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Membership Management
Maintain and update the membership database, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Process new memberships, renewals and cancellations
Support member engagement initiatives and communications
Events&Coordination
Assist in the planning and coordination of member events
General Administration
Provide broad administrative support to the team
Maintain organised records and filing systems
Support day‑to‑day operational activities as needed
Skills&Experience
Previous experience in an administrative support role
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a small team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
