Job Title Chef de Partie– Sambel Kitchen Limited (T/A Spice Village Indian Street Food)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare dishes and sauces for Indian street food.

Perform food preparation before opening.

Check food dates and ensure safety.

Wash and clean all equipment.

Keep the kitchen area tidy at all times.

Prepare spices to maintain consistent flavor profiles.

Train junior staff on recipes.

Execute general Chef de Partie duties.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Partie.

Minimum qualification: Level 7 (Diploma or Ordinary Bachelor Degree).

Desirable Skills

Catering, Creativity, Customer Service, Hospitality.

Initiative, Leadership, Teamwork, Time Management.

Specialisation in professional cookery.

Pay&Hours Full-time permanent.

Hours: 39 per week.

Salary:€37,000 per annum.
