They are looking to fill this position with an immediate start date. What does the day-to-day in the role involve?Answering inbound sales and customer service calls, emails, and chat. Setting up new client accounts and ensuring customers' documentation is correct. Updating customer information in line with GDPR guidelines. Working with the marketing team to follow leads. Providing excellent customer service and generating sales.Overcoming objections and closing sales. Processing renewals. What experience makes me an eligible candidate for the role? APA or CIP qualified. CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements. 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a similar role required.
