Senior Vice President, Mutual Fund Accounting . This pivotal leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee and elevate the delivery of precise and timely Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations within a complex, high‑volume operating environment. The SVP will play a critical role in shaping operational strategy, strengthening key client partnerships, and leading a high‑calibre team focused on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily NAV calculation process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary client contact for discussions related to KPIs, service-level agreements, product launches, regulatory updates, escalations, and governance.Lead operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and align with strategic business goals. Manage, mentor, and develop team members, providing regular performance reviews and professional development support. Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders on projects related to regulatory changes, process optimization, and system enhancements.Requirements

Minimum of 12 years’ experience in fund accounting operations - min 8 years in Mutual Funds. In-depth understanding of fund accounting processes. Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams. Proven experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication skills and the ability toengage with auditors, clients, and market data providers.A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline.
