Job Description We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie / Pizza Chef to join our team at Pompeii Pizza, a busy wood‑fired pizzeria located in the heart of Cork City.

You will be part of a close‑knit team dedicated to producing authentic Neapolitan‑style pizza to the highest standard.

Prior experience in pizza‑making and use of a wood‑fired oven is essential.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen

Prior pizza and dough‑making experience

Food safety knowledge (HACCP training preferred)

Excellent organisational and time‑management skills

Strong team player with a positive attitude

Fluent spoken English

Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
