Commissioning Manager, Dublin Pike

Reporting to the Project Executive or Director of Construction, the Cx Manager owns the full commissioning program from pre-construction through final handover, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and controls systems are installed, tested, and operational to owner specifications. Requirements

7+ years of commissioning experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects Minimum 3 years in a lead commissioning role on hyperscale or enterprise data center programs preferred Strong working knowledge of HV/MV electrical systems, generators, UPS, PDUs, switchgear, and ATSSolid understanding of mechanical systems including chillers, cooling towers, CRAC/CRAH units, and hydronic systems Familiarity with BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and controls integration Experience managing commissioning agents (CxA), third-party test and balance contractors, and OEM representatives Ability to read and interpret electrical single-line diagrams, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings OSHA 30 or equivalent international health and safety certification required; BCxP or CxA credentials a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office and commissioning management software Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and execute the project commissioning plan from pre-construction through Level 5 integrated systems testing Coordinate commissioning activities across all trades— electrical, mechanical, controls, and low voltage Lead daily Cx coordination meetings and maintain the master issues logOversee the preparation and completion of all pre-functional checklists, functional performance tests, and startup documentation Review submittals, shop drawings, and equipment data sheets for commissioning relevance Interface directly with the owner, commissioning authority, and design engineers throughout the project lifecycleManage the close-out of all Cx punch list items in coordination with the superintendent and project manager Ensure all systems achieve final acceptance and meet the owner's project requirements (OPR) Mentor field superintendents and MEP leads on commissioning standards and sequencing Produce clear, accurate commissioning reports and handover documentation
