Position Overview We’re redefining connectivity and regulation plays a critical role in enabling that future. The Regulatory Manager will sit at the intersection of technology, networks, and policy, helping shape how regulation supports innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead regulatory strategy across network, spectrum, and technology domains

Partner closely with Networks&Technology teams to embed regulatory requirements into delivery

Translate complex regulatory frameworks into practical, commercial solutions

Influence regulatory outcomes through engagement with ComReg, NCSC, Government and EU stakeholders

Represent Three in industry forums and consultations

Support licensing, authorisations, and major regulatory submissions

Drive regulatory input into technology transformation and strategic projects

Manage regulatory risk in technically complex areas

Qualifications / Skills

Strong understanding of the Irish telecoms regulatory landscape

Solid knowledge of mobile network technologies and infrastructure

Experience influencing regulators and senior stakeholders

Ability to translate technical and regulatory detail into clear business impact

Strong commercial judgement and problem‑solving mindset

Experience in a regulatory, telecoms, or technical environment

Work at the forefront of telecoms innovation and regulation

Influence decisions that shape the future of connectivity in Ireland

Collaborate with senior leaders and external stakeholders

Be part of a business that balances compliance with innovation
