Key Responsibilities

Provide a market-leading broking service, delivering strong outcomes for broker clients

Build and maintain effective relationships with insurers and service providers

Negotiate with insurers to secure the most competitive terms

Understand client and broker needs, offering proactive and tailored solutions

Consistently add value through a professional and responsive service

What you will bring

2-3 years' experience in the general insurance market, with

commercial wholesale experience essential

Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills

Highly organised with a proactive, problem‑solving approach

CIP qualified, with CPD requirements up to date

Experience with OpenGI is advantageous
