Ensure good practice and compliance processes are followed Safely undertake out tasks set by the Facilities Manager or nominated deputy Ensure the completion of tasks in a timely manner Communicate effectively with the Facilities Manager and Team. Operate Compactor Machine and be responsible for its general maintenance, including fuel/oil refill.Operate Skip Packer and be responsible for its general maintenance. Operate other Plant Machinery that may be required at SIVUH; e.g.: Excavators, Personnel Lifts and other Access Platform Equipment. Carry out general maintenance tasks submitted through the Online Maintenance System at the request of the Facilities Manager.Carry out general maintenance on the hospital Garden/Grounds when requested.
