Role Information
Team Management: Oversee and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Quality Control: Ensure that food and beverage operations meet quality standards, from preparation to presentation, maintaining consistency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Inventory and Ordering: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies to maintain adequate levels while controlling costs.
Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and cost control measures, monitoring expenses, analysing financial reports, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
Menu Development and Promotion: Collaborate with chefs to develop menus, create special promotions, and implement marketing strategies to attract guests and increase revenue.
Requirements
Previous work Experience in Food&Beverage Service
Completed Hospitality/ Travel / Tourism qualification
Ability to communicate with employees and customers, solve multiple problems at the same time, set up priorities, organize work and make certain decisions
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer care and complain handling skillsExcellent presentation and appearance
Sales related skills
Ability to deliver quality and standards
Ability to work in team environment
