Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, Fund Administration, the purpose of this role is to provide full range of fund accounting and administration services (Net Asset Valuations) to private equity fund clients. As a part of a global team serving the largest Fund Managers in the world, you will:Supervise a team of Fund Accountants in performing accounting and administration service delivery to customers and train staff on all aspects of the Net Asset Valuation process Work with banks, auditors and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to customers and completion of NAV Approve pricing of portfolios ensuring all deals are priced following the applicable fund documents.Approve fee schedules including calculation of Carry, management and performance fees, ensuring all calculations follow applicable fund documents. Review and approve investor allocations for each NAV cycle, managing Capital Call and distribution process to Limited Partners, ensuring execution as instructed by clients and deadlines are met.Review of Sub-close event’s equalisation workings and calculation of ticking fees as per the Fund Documents. Create ideas for improving the NAV process, technological improvements, and client reporting Participate in multiple system initiatives and projects Investran knowledge is preferred for this role.Qualifications

Hold a university degree in Finance/Accounting, qualified accountant or other relevant qualification preferred Have 7 years progressive accounting/audit/fund administration experience in private equity and at least 3 years’ experience in managing people. In-depth understanding of fund industry. Good knowledge on private equityExperience with accounting software: Investran
