Role Overview This is an excellent opportunity to joinC&C GroupIreland.Reporting to the CommercialDirectorIOI Off-Trade, this role is an essentialcomponentto the broader Sale Team structure - supporting the National Account Management team by ensuring the highest level of customer focus, cross functional engagement, and information accuracy. You have a customer focused mindset, pride yourself on getting it right "first time, every time" and ensuring the smooth management of all customer accounts across a variety of business channels. You are the key contact for day-to-day enquiries from both internal and external sources and proactively work with our Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Category and Field Sales Teams.

Key Duties

Liaise with brand managers on product launches and gather andmaintainall necessary data.

Prepare andsubmitPromotional Submissions to accounts in adherence with submission deadlines.

Compile New Line Forms for accounts whether that be in Excel,Wordor online platforms.

Communicate all account promotional activity, account listings and pricing to our Field Sales Teamand ensure set up correctly internally first time.

Proactively prepare monthly sales reports and circulate them to the relevant internal and external contacts.

Complete effectively alladhoctasks that aredeemednecessary by the National Accounts Team and our accounts.

Book meetings, take minutes and manage NAM diaries asrequired.

Brandbank key contact– organise newskuset up andapproveas necessary.

Maintain and track promotional activity and account Joint Business Plans.

Become proficient in our internal systems; Power BI,JDE,Softco

Establish and develop relationships with the relevant people in our accounts whether that be the buyers or their support teams.

Work effectivelycrossfunctionallyasrequired.

Implement promotional plans which meet both the customers' needs and those ofC&C Groupand its brands

Undertake specific projects in line with business needs and own personal development

Communicateeffectivelyall relevant information and updates on each customer to key internal stakeholders

Ensure all internal/external meetings and presentations are relevant andappropriate toC&C Brandsand the customers' business values

Provide brand and customer analysisto support decision making by NAM/CD

Support wider Off trade Teamwith administrativeassistanceand reportingas and whenrequired.

About you

Approachable withstrong communicationand influencing skillsand a growth mindset

Understanding of consumer and shopper

Highly analytical, with ability to analyse and interpret data and present findings

Financial understanding&analytical capability

High attention to detail, and the ability to act with pace and urgency.

Aresults driven,resilient self-starter with an ability to work on own Initiative.

Strong ability to build andleveragerelationships with customers,consultantsand internal teams

Ability to maximise productivity through prioritisation, timemanagementand organisation

Excellent IT skills including all MS officeprogrammes, and reporting using Excel

Experienceanalysingdata and reporting on findings

FMCGdrinksexperience in Retail or Wholesale sectors across NI/ ROI is an advantage
