We currently recruit multiple Maintenance Technicians at Maghera, Virginia, Co. Cavan, Ireland. Salary range:€36,605 (€18.05 per hour) to €50,000 (€24.65 per hour) based on a 39‑hour week; may increase with experience and additional hours.

Responsibilities

Carry out general maintenance and repair work throughout the mill.

Perform welding and fabrication tasks as required.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Keep the maintenance workshop clean, tidy, and organized at all times.

Work both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.

Communicate effectively with staff and management.

Follow company policies and health&safety procedures at all times.

Use PPE and maintain safety standards on site.

Requirements

Maintenance and welding experience.

Willingness to learn on the job and take direction from management.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and complete work to a high standard.

Pride in workmanship and attention to detail.
