Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred); minimum 7 years’ experience in EHS roles; prior experience on construction projects within large-scale residential developments with a Main Contractor

€75,000 - €90,000
Due to continued expansion, the company is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health&Safety Advisor to join the team and support the safe delivery of a large-scale residential development in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
EHS Management Systems:
Implement, maintain, and monitor the company’s Environmental, Health&Safety Management System at project level.
Safety Culture&Engagement:
Promote a positive and proactive health and safety culture across site management teams, contractors, and operatives.
Site Inspections&Reporting:
Monitor EHS compliance on site, carrying out regular inspections and producing weekly reports and corrective action plans.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the wider project team to ensure alignment on EHS objectives.
Coaching&Best Practice:
Influence and coach site teams in the implementation of best‑practice EHS standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
