We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead and deliver our marketing strategy across
key sectors including life sciences, data centres, and advanced manufacturing environments.
Our work is defined by precision, quality, and technical excellence—delivering high-specification solutions such as cleanrooms and controlled environments for some of the world’s most demanding industries. This role will ensure our marketing reflects that capability, clearly articulating our value to clients operating in highly regulated and mission-critical sectors.
You and your team will play a pivotal role in
strengthening our brands, supporting business development, and positioning the company as a trusted partner
in complex, high-performance environments.
What You’ll Be Doing as Marketing Manager
Develop and implement a targeted marketing strategy aligned to growth in
pharma, biotech, semiconductor, and data centre sectors
Plan and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and support pipeline development
Produce high-quality, technically credible content including
case studies, expert insights, and thought leadership
Support prequalification, bid, and tender submissions with compelling marketing materials
Manage and evolve brand positioning to reflect expertise in
cleanroom and controlled environment solutions
Oversee digital channels including website, SEO, and social media to drive engagement and visibility
Track and analyse campaign performance, using data to optimise ROI
Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team (2 people), ensuring high standards of delivery and professional growth
Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and delivery teams to ensure alignment
Manage external agencies and ensure consistent, high-quality output
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a
B2B Marketing Manager / Senior Executive
role, ideally within construction, engineering, or technical services
Strong understanding of
regulated environments (life sciences, cleanrooms, or similar)
Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling messaging
Experience supporting business development, bids, and client engagement strategies
Strong
digital marketing capability , including analytics and performance tracking
Excellent communication, team and stakeholder management skills
A hands-on, delivery-focused approach with strong attention to detail
