On behalf of our client we are hiring an
Executive Assistant
to join them on a 3 month contract. In this role, you will provide vital administrative and scheduling support to the CEO, helping to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in executive support within a fast-paced, professional environment.Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and Executive/Management team. Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports. Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from executive meetings.Handle confidential correspondence and documents with discretion and professionalism. Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Operational Coordination
Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and projects led by the CEO or Executive team. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and briefing materials. Coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership offsites, and corporate events. Track and support strategic projects and follow-ups.Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
