Our client, a Dublin‑based technology company operating in the global aviation finance sector, is seeking a Business Finance Manager to join its leadership team. This is a strategic role combining financial oversight with data‑driven insight and business planning. Key Responsibilities
Manage outsourced finance and accounting provider. Lead budgeting, forecasting and board reporting. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership. Oversee tax, audit and financial operations. Analyse business and industry data to support decision‑making. Develop financial models and deliver commercial insights.Requirements
Qualified accountant with 10+ years’ experience. Strong data analytics and reporting skills (SQL desirable). Highly proficient with systems and technology, including AI tools. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Desirable
Experience in aviation finance, regulated or tech environments. Package
Excellent salary + bonus + car allowance. Pension, health insurance and flexible working. Hybrid model with limited travel.
