Corporate Finance Director, Dublin Pike

We are partnering with a leading advisory firm to appoint a Corporate Finance Director to its growing Dublin team. This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced advisor, who will play a key leadership role in originating and executing a broad range of transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive deal processes end-to-end while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead execution of M&A transactions (buy-side, sell-side) and capital markets mandates

Develop and manage client relationships across corporates, sponsors, and intermediaries

Oversee financial modelling, valuation analysis, and preparation of client materials

Mentor and develop junior team members

Contribute to origination efforts, including pitching and market engagement

Requirements for this Role

Significant corporate finance / investment banking experience, ideally within the Irish market

Strong track record of deal execution in a recognised advisory platform

Commercially astute with excellent client-facing and relationship management skills

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple transactions simultaneously

ACA / CFA or equivalent qualification typically preferred
