Pricing Analyst - General Insurance, Dublin Pike

A growing insurance business is seeking to appoint two Pricing Analysts to join its expanding Pricing and Analytics team in Dublin. Operating across Motor, Home and Commercial Motor portfolios, the company is continuing to invest in pricing capability and analytical development as part of its next phase of growth.

Your new role As Pricing Analyst, you will support pricing strategy across Personal Lines products through pricing analysis, rate implementation, testing and portfolio monitoring. You will work closely with Pricing, Underwriting and Data teams, contributing to pricing performance and ongoing model development.

The business is hiring at two levels, suitable for candidates with approximately 2+ years and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Implementing and testing rate changes

Monitoring pricing performance and portfolio trends

Supporting pricing models and analytical frameworks

Maintaining pricing documentation and controls

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors

What you’ll need to succeed

Experience within General Insurance pricing is essential

Approximately 2+ years’ experience for one role and 5+ years’ experience for the second

Experience using WTW Radar is essential

Strong analytical and Excel skills

Ability to work with large datasets and communicate findings clearly

Experience within Personal Lines insurance and exposure to tools such as Radar Live, Emblem, SQL, Python or R would be advantageous
