About The Role We are looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Executive for a full-time, hybrid opportunity. In this client‑facing role you will act as a key contact for customers seeking personal insurance products.

Position Summary This role requires advising clients on suitable cover options, handling policy administration, and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the customer lifecycle. Key duties include managing new business enquiries, processing renewals, carrying out mid‑term adjustments, and responding efficiently to client queries or concerns.

Candidate Requirements

At least 1 year’s experience in a personal lines insurance role

APA qualification (or actively working towards completion)

Solid understanding of personal lines products, including motor, home, and travel insurance

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑first mindset

Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail

Capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Experience using Applied/Relay CRM systems is an advantage

A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service
