A rapidly scaling Dublin-based fintech startup is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to build and optimise its marketing automation and inbound infrastructure.
This is a project-driven, hands-on role focused more on systems and architecture than traditional marketing. You’ll design and implement the technical foundations that power email marketing, CRM automation, AI inbound agents, and performance tracking.
What You’ll Be Doing: Email Marketing Infrastructure
Design and implement full email marketing architecture
Build segmentation logic, workflows, automation sequences
Set up tracking, reporting, and performance dashboards
CRM&Systems Integration
Configure and optimise HubSpot integration
Improve lifecycle mapping and lead scoring
Ensure clean data structure and automation alignment
Build scalable nurturing frameworks
Support implementation of AI-powered inbound agents
Help establish inbound calling automation infrastructure
Align messaging, routing, and CRM integration
Optimise inbound lead capture flows
Translate commercial goals into scalable MarTech solutions
Document processes for long-term internal use
What We’re Looking For:
3-6 years’ experience in Marketing Technology, CRM systems, or automation
Strong hands‑on experience setting up email infrastructure
Experience integrating CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Understanding of lifecycle marketing, tracking, and attribution
Experience with AI/chat automation tools highly desirable
Highly technical, detail‑oriented, and execution‑focused
This is a high-impact contract role for someone who thrives on building systems from the ground up in a fast-paced fintech environment. The position starts as a temporary contract, with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
