Surrey Hills Grocer is an expanding brand that aims to be the most authentic Australian destination grocer by bringing honest-to-good, fine, fresh products. Inspired by the harsh terrains of Australia, we strive to bring you the best produce and offer everyone a taste of warm Australian hospitality.

On top of the Australian cafe and restaurant concept, we also have Spanish, Taiwanese and Japanese restaurant concepts.

Responsibilities 1. Brand&Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute overall marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Plan seasonal campaigns, outlet launches, festive promotions, and partnership activations.

Ensure consistent branding across all restaurant and café concepts under the group.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to improve marketing performance.

2. Digital Marketing&Social Media

Manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Xiaohongshu, and food delivery platforms.

Oversee content planning, copywriting, and posting schedules for social media channels.

Work with designers, photographers, influencers, and agencies to create engaging marketing materials.

Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and ROI through analytics reporting.

3. Partnerships&Collaborations

Liaise with shopping malls, landlords, loyalty programmes, banks, and external partners for joint campaigns.

Coordinate collaborations with influencers, media, and community partners.

Manage promotional tie-ups with platforms such as GrabFood, Deliveroo, KrisFlyer, SAFRA, etc.

4. PR&Events Management

Organise media launches, tasting events, festive campaigns, and brand activations.

Handle media enquiries, press releases, and public relations activities.

Support outlet openings and promotional roadshows.

5. Customer Engagement&CRM

Develop customer retention and loyalty initiatives.

Monitor online reviews and customer feedback across social media and Google platforms.

Improve customer engagement through memberships, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.

6. Reporting&Performance Analysis

Prepare monthly marketing reports and campaign analysis.

Analyse sales trends and customer traffic to optimise promotions.

Recommend improvements based on marketing data and operational feedback.

7. Team&Cross-Department Coordination

Lead and guide the marketing team on campaign execution and branding standards.

Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Outlet Managers to ensure campaigns are operationally feasible.

Coordinate timelines with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle marketing preferred.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding.

Good communication, project management, and creative thinking skills.
