The Role

Support solicitors on a range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters

Prepare and review contracts, leases, and property-related legal documentation

Manage conveyancing files from instruction through to completion

Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence

Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and third parties throughout transactions

Assist with completions and post-completion matters

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records

The Person

Previous experience as a

Legal Executive

within a

Property or Conveyancing team

Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial conveyancing processes

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively

Strong communication and client management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
