The company operates globally, with a robust retail presence in Boots, Selfridges, and over 500 retailers across eight countries, while its e‑commerce platform serves customers in 68 markets.Responsibilities

Design engaging digital assets for the direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce website, including homepage banners, category graphics, product images, and promotional banners. Collaborate with the commerce team to create landing pages that maintain brand consistency across campaigns. Produce graphics and videos for paid media channels such as banners, static ads, carousels, short‑form videos and GIFs, working closely with the Performance Marketing team.Optimize videos for platform specifications, implement feedback from performance data, and stay current with editing techniques and social media trends. Develop motion assets for organic social channels that effectively communicate the brand message and drive engagement. Design responsive graphics for CRM campaigns and automated sequences to increase engagement and conversion.Experience and Skills

Minimum 5 years of digital design experience, preferably in luxury or beauty e‑commerce. A portfolio that demonstrates web, CRM, social, and paid media design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. Experience with video and animation software, especially After Effects. Familiarity with e‑commerce, CRM and paid platforms such as Klaviyo, Shopify, Loyalty Lion,Google, and Meta.Knowledge of UX/UI and accessibility principles. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proactive, independent work ethic and the ability to take initiative.
