An established and highly regarded boutique advisory firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its growing Dublin-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across M&A and strategic advisory.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of transactions
Build financial models, perform valuations, and develop client-ready materials
Conduct market and industry research to support origination and deal delivery
Assist with transaction documentation and coordinate with clients and advisors
Contribute to business development and participate in client engagements
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Knowledge of Irish or UK market is advantageous
