Commercial Development Lead - Multidisciplinary Consultancy - North Dublin SSA are looking for a commercial development lead on behalf of client, a multidisciplinary consultancy, based in North Dublin.

The right candidate will be a qualified Architecture or Design professional looking to make a move towards a more commercial and client facing role.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic support to projects across the business

Produce and present high quality client submissions and presentations

Work alongside leadership to deliver company commercial strategy

Work closely with the CEO on commercial initiatives and business development

Manage the distribution of information across technical teams in relation to major projects and framework submissions.

Assist in identifying opportunities to strengthen the companies market positioning and client engagement.

Requirements

Qualified Architect or Design Professional

5-10 years experience in Architecture, Engineering, Design

Strong graphic and presentation capability.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ambitious, proactive and strategically minded.

Interested in developing toward commercial leadership responsibilities over time.

Strong presentation skills

Large scale project exposure a bonus
