The Opportunity: We are looking to add a Junior Recruitment Consultant to our Dublin office. This is a chance to join an experienced, supportive team where you will work with an existing client base while also developing new relationships. From day one, you’ll be given a warm desk, exposure to a busy market, and ongoing support from senior management to help you build expertise and achieve success.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the full recruitment cycle, matching skilled professionals with opportunities that suit them.

Maintaining and growing relationships with clients and candidates.

Building knowledge in your market and using it to expand your desk.

Collaborating with colleagues to support the wider business.

What we’re looking for

A degree in Construction, Business, HR, Marketing, or a related area.

Excellent communication skills and a professional manner.

Drive, organisation, and resilience to handle a busy workload.
