Aircraft Leasing AVP Contract Management, Dublin Pike

We are partnering with a well-established aircraft leasing platform based in Dublin to appoint an Assistant Vice President– Contract Management. This is a great opportunity offering direct exposure to a global aircraft portfolio, with responsibility for lease compliance, transaction support, airline relationship management, and cross‑functional coordination within a fast‑paced leasing environment.

The Role Reporting to the Head of Contracts Management, the successful candidate will support the day‑to‑day management of owned and managed aircraft while working closely with airline customers and internal commercial, legal, finance, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Manage all contract management aspects of assigned aircraft portfolio

Monitor lease obligations and ensure full contractual compliance

Maintain accuracy and integrity of lease data across internal systems

Track critical lease events including LCs, insurance, and rate escalations

Support lease reviews, due diligence, and transaction processes

Coordinate conditions precedent (CPs) and transaction‑related documentation

Oversee lease billing, receivables, and payment reconciliation

Manage maintenance reserve funds, including claims and reconciliations

Build and maintain relationships with airline customers and stakeholders

Prepare and review internal portfolio and management reports

Support system data flows and reconciliation across internal platforms

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and project work

Requirements

4+ years’ experience in contract management within aircraft leasing

Strong understanding of aircraft lease documentation and contractual obligations

Experience managing multiple priorities within a fast‑paced environment

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, finance, technical, and commercial teams
