The Ideal Candidate We are specifically seeking candidates with proven experience working within a law firm environment— this is essential due to the regulatory and operational complexities of the role.

The ideal candidate will be:

A fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA / CIMA)

Experienced in managing finance operations within a legal practice

Strong in cashflow management, WIP, billing, and financial reporting

Knowledgeable in Solicitors’ Accounts Regulations and legal sector compliance

Commercially minded, proactive, and confident working closely with senior stakeholders

Experienced in driving process improvement, systems enhancement, and operational efficiencies
