S/4 solution blueprinting, including presentation and articulation to the client, with a focus on Finance processes, reporting, data and analytics Identify key design decisions in business-led, SAP-enabled transformations Communicate how the technology solutions proposed can enable the business transformation / benefits caseProactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, reporting to Partner&Director Le Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients Craft and specify integrations of SAP solutions into other client systems, using enterprise architecture principles and standards Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteriaInfluence clients’ use of automation/iRPA Train, mentor, and supervise team members Qualifications

Extensive experience in designing and implementing S/4HANA (preferred) and SAP ECC Functional process knowledge of several of P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A/xP&A, AM Experience in implementing, configuring and advising all or a subset of the following: SAP FI/CO, Group Consolidation and reporting, Planning and Forecasting: BPC, IBP, SAC, Master Data Governance (MDG) Understanding of SAP data structures and integration with BW/DWC Ideally familiarity with one or more industry solutions: life science, retail, banking/insurance, telecomms, agribusinessIntegration with line-of-business solutions (SuccessFactors, Ariba etc) Experience leading and inspiring teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshore Knowledge of best practice design and an advisory focus Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building both internally and with the clientWe are an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity.
