Dealer - Investment Operations, Dublin Pike

Dealer - Asset Department | Financial Services Are you looking to build on your investment operations or middle‑office experience within a highly collaborative, fast‑paced financial services environment? This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist team responsible for trade execution, asset monitoring and client instruction processing. You'll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, deadlines andexceptional service standards across a wide portfolio of European clients.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately place daily trades, interpret client instructions and input trades into internal systems.

Issue share transfer premiums and manage settlement, pricing and related asset duties.

Process and reflect corporate actions such as stock splits, dividends, liquidations and bonus issues.

Prepare a range of internal reports including outstanding trades, new business premiums and authorisation reports.

Investigate and reconcile cash and unit discrepancies.

Liaise with brokers, counterparties and clients to resolve dealing queries.

Support the wider team during busy periods and ensure daily/weekly/monthly deadlines are consistently met.

Monitor and report on trading activity across multiple markets.

About You

Minimum 2.1 Level 8 degree in Business or Finance.

1-2 years' investment experience (fund administration, middle office, trading support, etc.).

Stamp 4 or EU/Irish passport.

Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.

Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Highly motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and within a team.

Fluent English (written and spoken).
