2+ years’ post-qualification experience

Role and Reporting Lines Reporting to the Accounting&Reporting Manager within Finance Operations, this role sits within a large finance team and plays a key role in ensuring strong financial control and reporting across the organisation.
Manage period-end close, consolidation, and reconciliations across Group and Business Units
Coordinate the annual statutory audit process and liaise with external auditors
Monitor IFRS developments and assess their impact on financial reporting
Ensure record-to-report controls are operating effectively and processes are compliant
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting and reporting processes
Review work and support development of junior team members
Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver insights and resolve queries
