Senior Manager– Sustainability&Environment | Dublin | Hybrid, Dublin Pike

Elevate is partnering with a large-scale Energy&Infrastructure organisation to appoint a Senior Manager within its Sustainability&Environment function.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving environmental and sustainability performance across a complex operational business undergoing significant transformation as part of the transition to a lower carbon economy.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

Leading sustainability and environmental strategy implementation

Driving net zero and decarbonisation initiatives across Scope 1, 2&3 emissions

Overseeing biodiversity, circular economy and environmental performance programmes

Supporting operational teams in managing environmental risk and compliance

Engaging with senior leadership, regulators and external stakeholders

Leading strategic sustainability and environmental projects across the organisation

The successful candidate is likely to bring:

Strong sustainability and environmental leadership experience within infrastructure, utilities, engineering, energy or other operationally complex sectors

Experience leading transformation and strategic sustainability initiatives

Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability

Knowledge of environmental compliance, climate adaptation, decarbonisation and sustainability strategy

The ability to operate effectively at senior leadership level within a large organisation
